This is my first build for Fallout 76 and what I’m aiming to achieve for my character. Left Arm + add legendary effect. I swap my Endurance cards a lot but usually in combat I run Vaccinated. This is a neat little mutation friendly/group play heavy gunner build, but if I had to make some suggestions it would be to drop concentrated fire and adamantium skeleton. I imagine weightless/ chameleon or vangaurd would be best. 3.
